Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Automation Specialist is a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling marketing automation programs that drive measurable pipeline impact.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end execution of global and Americas regional demand generation campaigns in HubSpot, design and evolve lifecycle marketing programs, develop advanced segmentation and targeting strategies, and partner with Operations and Sales to optimize lead management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, proven ability to build and scale lifecycle marketing programs, and excellent project management skills are required. Familiarity with AI tools, intent data, personalization strategies, and modern marketing automation best practices is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot in a B2B demand generation environment
- Proven ability to build and scale lifecycle marketing programs and improve funnel performance
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and understanding of lead lifecycle, attribution, and pipeline reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams
