Role Overview
Join the Corporate Marketing team to source, create, and amplify customer stories. Work with cross-functional partners to promote customer wins and build a portfolio of customer advocates.
What You Will Do
Source opportunities, track program performance, build customer advocates, interview customers, design and deliver programs, and lead customer reviews.

4+ years of customer marketing experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM and business analytics tools, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing and/or advocacy for a B2B technology company
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM and business analytics tools, like Salesforce, Metabase, and Tableau
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
