Role Overview
Lead a regional team to drive partner marketing strategy, align with senior partner sales leaders, and collaborate with top partners to boost pipeline generation, accelerate deal cycles, and win business across key LATAM markets.
What You Will Do
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Channel and Cloud Partner Marketing team, design and implement a regional partner marketing strategy, partner with regional sales leadership and key strategic partners, and track and measure regional partner marketing activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree a plus)
- 10+ years of partner marketing experience, with 2–4 years leading high-performing partner marketing teams
- Strong experience using partner marketing as a vehicle for pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Experience working across Latin America, including understanding of regional market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred
