Role Overview
Dataiku is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to help bring customer success stories to life and amplify the voice of Global 2000 customers across the market. The role will be responsible for developing compelling customer content, managing advocacy initiatives, and activating customer proof points across marketing, sales, analyst relations, and corporate communications programs.

Requirements

- Experience creating customer-facing content such as case studies, customer stories, videos, executive content, blogs, or thought leadership assets
- Strong interviewing, writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with customers, executives, sales teams, and internal partners
