Role Overview
As a Security Account Manager, you will be responsible for new business development and account growth within the greater Houston area. You will sell a full portfolio of building technology solutions, focusing on power and cooling, building automation, smart buildings, data center infrastructure, physical security, and AV solutions using a consultative sales approach.
What You Will Do
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals, generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and relationship building, grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling technology solutions, and own the entire sales cycle from discovery through close.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience selling or supporting building technology solutions, power and cooling systems, building automation or smart buildings, data center, security, AV, or low-voltage technologies
- Strong consultative and solution-based sales skills
- Ability to understand and communicate the business value of technology
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical teams
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
