Role Overview
Drive the efficiency of Datawords’ commercial engine by optimizing systems and processes that support global growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for sales strategy, data and analytics, CRM and technology stack, deal management, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment.
What You Will Do
Define and refine end-to-end sales processes, build and manage real-time dashboards, administer and optimize the technology ecosystem, manage deal approval workflow, create sales enablement tools, and ensure smooth operations between Growth, Finance, and Delivery teams.

Requirements
- Higher education degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Ops, ideally in B2B services or SaaS
- Expert in CRM platforms, with deep HubSpot knowledge required
- Strong analytical mindset
- Proven ability to implement process changes with measurable results
