Role Overview
Develop and implement annual marketing plans and brand strategies, manage marketing budgets, and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities. Work on-site at our facility in Badr City.
What You Will Do
Oversee digital and offline marketing initiatives, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and manage external agencies. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in brand management or senior marketing specialist role
- Previous experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing comprehensive B2C marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Solid experience in managing external agencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
