Role Overview

As a Sales Lead, you will serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and be responsible for driving business KPIs, creating personalized shopping experiences, and educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.

What You Will Do

You will operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards. You will also maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock and employee break area.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years retail experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business
  • Valid State or Federal Identification
