Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing the full proposal lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through proposal submission. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide proposal development efforts, ensure compliance with solicitation requirements, and support strategic growth initiatives across Federal and DoD markets.
What You Will Do
Review solicitation documents, organize and lead proposal teams, develop proposal schedules and outlines, manage proposal development activities, coach contributors on proposal writing and compliance, and ensure proposal content is accurate and compliant.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience preparing proposals for Federal Government and/or Department of Defense contracts
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing team-based projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Strong understanding of Federal acquisition processes and solicitation requirements
- Exceptional written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to successfully pass a NACI Background Investigation
