Role Overview
Lead a high-performing dealership sales team, drive showroom traffic, and improve closing ratios. Oversee vehicle inventory, demo units, and lot presentation. Ensure an exceptional customer experience from test drive to delivery.
What You Will Do
Recruit, train, and coach sales consultants, work the CRM, set sales strategy, review and approve car deals, and collaborate with marketing.

Requirements
- 3+ years of previous auto dealership Sales Management experience
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market trends
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and (if required) state sales license
- High School Diploma
