Role Overview
We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Manager, Performance Marketing (Search) to join our regional team. The ideal person has a vast understanding of how search engine marketing works in South-East Asia and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
What You Will Do
Be responsible for all regional performance marketing campaigns, launch and optimize high-impact evergreen and integrated campaigns, and track and maintain campaign performance and benchmarks.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience of “hands-on” experience with SEM (Web & App) across both Google and Apple
- Experience in managing Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC) & Apple Search Ads
- Hand-on understanding of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust/Appsflyer etc)
- Knowledge of both pixel and mobile app measurement and tracking
- Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution and LTV
- Hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, with strong logical thinking skills
