Role Overview
We are seeking a CX Enablement Manager to oversee projects from conceptual design through implementation, working closely with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel. The role will involve managing projects, developing project plans, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful delivery.
What You Will Do
Manage projects, work with clients and tech teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, and communicate with personnel to provide encouragement and identify problems.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a SaaS company
- Professional Project Management Certification

- Strong sense of personal accountability
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Conversational English
- Experience in implementation of marketing communication channels and data structure
