Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist is a critical member of the Design House team, supporting the full order-to-cash process while ensuring exceptional service to customers and sales partners. This role serves as the central point of coordination between sales, operations, warehouse, product, and customer teams to drive accurate order execution, timely communication, and efficient business processes.
What You Will Do
Process and manage customer orders, monitor EDI transactions, maintain customer account information, and manage customer communications. Prepare and manage customer quotations, generate sales reports, and maintain accurate customer and sales data.

Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience supporting multi-channel sales or distribution environments preferred
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across departments
