Role Overview
We are looking for a Partner Manager to build, manage, and develop partner networks for successful participation in public and private tenders and sustainable expansion of strategic partnerships.
What You Will Do
Identify, evaluate, and qualify subcontractors and specialist partners, build and maintain a high-performance partner network, negotiate cooperation models, prices, and margins, and steer partners during the tender and project phases.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You should have a technical or commercial education, several years of experience in the IT service industry, a good understanding of the tender process, and very good German language skills.

- Good understanding of the tender process
- Experience with framework contracts, mini-competitions, and procurement procedures
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working
- High initiative and responsibility
- Self-sufficient, structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Good understanding of MS Office and digital tools
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
