Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will shape the experience of demanding digital customers, including hyperscale technology customers, and serve as the key operational connector between customers and internal experts.
What You Will Do
You will own the full customer lifecycle for strategic accounts, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate across internal teams to streamline service delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years’ experience managing demanding, complex customer accounts
- Strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure and IT environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and geographies
- Fluent English skills and basic German skills
