Role Overview

The Marketing Manager serves as the operational hub of the DI&CO Marketing team, ensuring marketing initiatives are prioritized, coordinated, resourced, and successfully delivered across all DI&CO companies. This role transforms strategic direction into actionable plans, connecting leadership, sales teams, practice leaders, marketing specialists, and external partners to ensure the right work is completed at the right time and with the greatest impact.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will lead marketing project kickoffs, develop project plans, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables. They will coordinate the execution of campaigns, content initiatives, digital marketing efforts, events, sales enablement projects, and internal communications. They will also manage marketing budgets, track and report on marketing performance metrics, and support hiring efforts, onboarding activities, and workforce planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, business development support, or related disciplines
  • Experience coordinating complex marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business units required
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting proposal development, pursuit coordination, or business development activities preferred
  • Experience managing marketing workflows, project schedules, reporting, and resource allocation required
  • Experience working with professional services, design, architecture, engineering, construction, experiential, or related industries preferred
