Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will drive sales and optimize product visibility for a portfolio of natural CPG brands at retailers in an assigned territory. This role will develop and execute sales plans tailored for each retail location that align with brand objectives, using strong store-level relationships.
What You Will Do
Regularly visit retail locations to build and strengthen relationships with key decision makers, increase sales for a portfolio of CPG brands, and monitor inventory levels. Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of the retail locations in your territory and use your knowledge to advise regional leadership on effective strategies.

Requirements
- 2+ years of field sales experience in the CPG industry
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and best practices in retail
- An understanding of and a passion for the natural CPG industry
- Comfortable with a high level of autonomy
- Proficient in Google Workspaces and/or Microsoft Office
