Role Overview

The regional sales manager will oversee all sales and distribution in an assigned region, growing the customer base and maintaining client and vendor relationships. They will be organized, energetic, and results-driven, recruiting, training, and developing sales staff.

What You Will Do

Involved in all aspects of the sales process, achieving monthly sales numbers, conducting QBRs, and delivering performance improvement plans. Manages team activity, monitors sales pipeline, and represents corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of business/economic environment
  • Leadership skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to accurately forecast pipeline projections
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
