Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Associate provides sales leaders and business consultants with learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales team and the broader Enablement and RevOps team, this role is a key contributor to sales effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Support enablement programs, manage budget requests, create and maintain content, support product launches, and optimize sales processes.

Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
- Familiarity with Vensure sales process and culture
- Experience in sales, marketing, or learning management
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and GTM motions
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with marketing on cohesive content creation
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Benefits
- Salary: $950 – $1,000 a month
