Role Overview
As Lead/Head of Sales Operations, you will drive the efficiency and scalability of global sales processes, leading interdisciplinary teams and optimizing complex sales processes.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include building and leading teams, continuous optimization of sales processes, promoting data-based decisions, and developing scalable solutions for Channel and Partner Enablement.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will conduct regular analyses of Channel KPIs, pipeline, and ROI, and present findings to C-Level. You will also ensure efficient collaboration of teams and holistic partner management.
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics, IT, engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in building or optimizing sales operations in global software companies
- Sound process and project management skills
- Analyzing and presenting complex, global sales data
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or SAP), partner portals, and automated workflows
