Pre-Sales Engineer

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer who combines deep technical curiosity with consultative sales expertise to drive success within DocuWare’s partner ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales efforts by providing solution insights throughout the sales cycle.

What You Will Do

Partner with Sales and Channel teams to support ADPs in technical pre-sales activities, conduct tailored software demonstrations and workshops, collaborate with sales representatives and professional services teams, and deliver technical enablement sessions and training workshops.

Ability to travel three weeks a year, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical sales support, strong understanding of SaaS, cloud architecture, document management, or workflow automation technologies.

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical sales support
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud architecture, document management, or workflow automation technologies
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales enablement processes

Benefits

• $105,000 base plus commission, no cap on compensation however OTE is expected range of $150,000 to $200,000
