Role Overview
We are looking for future managers to oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, high energy, and prior experience in Domino’s or leading people. The role requires strong leadership, judgment, math, and multitasking skills.
What You Will Do
As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time. You may be asked to help at other locations near to your chosen location.

Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Great positive attitude
- High Energy
- Prior experience in Domino’s OR prior experience leading people
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area
