Role Overview
The Growth Marketing team is responsible for deploying our customer acquisition budget (CAC) across all digital and performance marketing channels, with a focus on New Customer growth as their north star goal. This role sits within the ANZ Marketing team and reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of media buys and promotional campaigns to acquire new customers.
What You Will Do
You’ll combine analytical rigour with creative thinking—translating performance data into actionable insights while developing innovative, audience-first strategies to drive growth in priority markets. You’ll be responsible for building and launching campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Search, Meta, TikTok, Display and Affiliates.

Requirements
- 8+ years of growth marketing experience, including team leadership, forecasting, and planning
- Direct, hands-on experience managing performance marketing and optimisation (Paid search, Paid Social, Display), either at an agency or in-house
- Experience using online advertising solutions such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ad Manager, and internal performance dashboards etc.
- Deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics, including CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV and ROAS as well as marketing attribution methodologies
- Strong Excel skills with experience building pivot tables, multi-function formulas and graphs and basic SQL
