Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to develop sales programs and pricing structures for assigned OEM, MRO, and partner markets. The ideal candidate will identify new market opportunities for CSI sales growth and expansion, and develop sales and product strategy to accommodate company goals.

What You Will Do

Develop sales programs and pricing structures, identify new market opportunities, review market analyses, develop sales and product strategy, analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses, design and implement new strategies to drive business growth, and supervise and provide training to direct reports.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance, and 5-10 years of related experience. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to travel overnight 25% of the time and be able to analyze markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors’ position, and depth of customer base.
