Role Overview
A Retail Sales Manager will strive to provide exceptional customer service and lead the store team to do the same. They will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented service to customers.
What You Will Do
The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing floor coverage, ensuring customer profile information is accurately recorded, and providing positive resolutions to customer concerns. They will also be responsible for maintaining merchandise presentation, setting up sales and promotions, and executing cash-handling and reporting functions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
