Role Overview

We are seeking a Partner Marketing Lead to help shape and grow easyJet’s travel reward programme partnerships across sectors. The role involves leading the marketing relationship with reward programme partners and developing scalable partnership marketing strategies.

What You Will Do

As Partner Marketing Lead, you will lead the overall marketing relationship with easyJet travel reward programme partners, develop scalable partnership marketing strategies, and create insight-led campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of broad marketing experience
  • Significant partner management, loyalty, or reward programme experience
  • Experience within travel, retail, or financial services sectors
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience activating partnerships across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
  • Good creative judgement
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills
