Role Overview

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Marketing Manager to lead our multi-location marketing endeavors. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting strategic marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and acquiring customers in each cluster.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership: Lead the local marketing team across different countries to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive business growth. Local Marketing Execution: Oversee and help assist the implementation of local marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.

5+ years of experience working in a startup, management consulting or top FMCG companies. Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Ability to lead the team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
