Role Overview
The National Account Manager is responsible for proactively supporting the sales and profit potential of the Bussmann Automotive & Marine retail accounts with the objective of maximizing sales, profitability and distribution. This role will manage all sales activity for the achievement of short and long-term business objectives, increased profit and market share.
What You Will Do
Manage all sales activity, develop relationships with account merchants, provide external intelligence, collaborate with product manager, and attend trade shows and customer end user events.

This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to adapt and perform during organizational change, and ability to travel up to 25%. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or merchandising roles of increasing responsibility working with consumer products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in sales, marketing or merchandising roles of increasing responsibility working with consumer products
- Valid driver’s license
