Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer/market feedback. They will work with regions to execute newly launched innovations and manage the performance of the existing offering portfolio.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute marketing plans, launch new innovations, work with regions, manage performance of existing offering portfolio, develop marketing materials, lead integrated marketing campaigns, track and report on key application performance metrics.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field
- Two years of experience developing marketing strategy and sales growth tactics
- Demonstrated expertise in defining and executing product marketing strategies
- Designing and executing Voice of Customer and Voice of Business programs
- Developing business cases for innovation
