Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will shape customer growth, acquire new customers, and build long-term relationships. You will work remotely or on-site in our office, and be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, consulting, and strategy development.

You will conduct cold calling, build customer relationships, conduct needs analyses, and present our services to develop tailored solutions. You will also participate in sales strategy development and have the opportunity to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Customer Acquisition: Active telephone new customer acquisition (cold calling) to identify potential new customers in the e-commerce sector
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and tap into sales potential
  • Consulting: Conducting needs analyses and presenting our services to develop tailored solutions for our customers
  • Strategy Development: Participating in the development of sales strategies to increase our market share and open up new business opportunities
  • Sales Competence: Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Communication Strength: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English to hold convincing sales presentations
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct market analyses and make data-based decisions
  • Self-Motivation: High self-motivation and the talent to deliver results even in a dynamic environment
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various departments to meet the needs of our customers optimally
