Role Overview
As the Product Manager for Global MarTech & Engagement Platforms, you will be the strategic architect of Elanco’s marketing technology ecosystem. Your role is to own the ‘connective tissue’ the suite of SaaS-based platforms that drive customer engagement, education, and conversion.
What You Will Do
Manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise tools, including our Learning Management System (Docebo), webinar platforms (On24), video hosting (Wistia) and few other key engagement platforms. Analyze traffic, usage and other engagement data across communication channels and provide readouts and provide key actions.

Requirements
- 5+ years in digital product management or marketing operations, with a heavy focus on B2B or B2C SaaS ecosystems
- Proven track record of managing complex marketing stacks in a global, matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of how third-party SaaS tools integrate with core web platforms via APIs, scripts, and data layers
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs), and user behavior tracking (Clarity/Hotjar)
- Familiarity with global data privacy laws and their impact on marketing technology
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and vendors while maintaining a focus on ROI and performance
- Skilled at navigating complex legal and privacy requirements to find ‘yes’ for the business
- Ability to work effectively across time zones, specifically bridging the gap between UK/EMEA requirements and Global HQ
