Role Overview
Elastic is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Account Executive Mid Market to expand our presence within mid market customer accounts. This role will drive the adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered solutions by deepening engagement with existing accounts and engaging with new groups within these customers.
What You Will Do
Drive the adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered solutions, position yourself as a trusted advisor, identify and develop new use cases, collaborate with various Elastic business functions, and proactively identify new business opportunities with customers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A proven track record in SaaS subscription sales, in-depth understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and enthusiasm for the Open Source model are required. Bonus points for experience in selling within an Open Source model.
Requirements
- Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales
- In-depth understanding of Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM
- Adept at building relationships and establishing credibility with both developers and executives
- Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC
- Enthusiasm for the Open Source model
- Prior experience selling into the Enterprise accounts included in this territory
