Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in the success of our sales organization by proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunities. You will work with current users to understand their use case and help them navigate their Elastic journey.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales, marketing, and partner teams to develop new strategies, using prospecting tools to research accounts, identifying key contacts, and crafting targeted messaging.

Requirements
- 0-1 year work experience
- Sales or customer service experience a plus
- Willing to be in the Austin, TX office a few days a week
- Open to feedback, genuinely curious and constantly looking for ways to learn and improve
- Genuine love of technology, with the ability to learn and communicate complex technical concepts
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Results oriented and focussed on achieving, through self discipline, creativity and passion
