Customer Retention and Operations Specialist

Role Overview

Manage client retention, handle refunds and billing inquiries, and provide administrative support to the sales team. This is a full-time remote position with a working schedule of 1 PM – 10 PM UK timezone.

What You Will Do

Handle refunds and transfer requests, engage with customers to resolve concerns, handle chargeback cases, and manage payment recovery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, refunds handling, or a related role

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
