Role Overview
EMCOR Services Betlem is looking for an Account Manager to develop and manage a sales pipeline of commercial and industrial HVAC projects, conduct site visits, and prepare detailed proposals.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, conduct site visits, gather technical requirements, and prepare detailed proposals. Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to deliver turnkey solutions.

5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC sales or engineering, strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and energy efficiency principles, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC sales or engineering
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and energy efficiency principles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
