Role Overview

As a Service Account Manager at John W. Danforth Company, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, driving account success and long-term partnerships. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead contract negotiations, develop and deliver accurate quotes, provide technical guidance, and coordinate the resources needed to meet and exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering responsive, tailored HVAC solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling within the existing client base, and support contract renewals.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (AAS) or 5+ years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry
  • Demonstrated experience in the HVAC industry, including the ability to quote repairs and replacements
  • Prior field technician experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
