Role Overview
Responsible for driving profitable sales of products, solutions, and services in Dubai & Northern Emirates territory and allocated key accounts. Drives for growth and penetration in the allocated region consistent with Customers’ needs and according to Company strategy, objectives, and policies.
What You Will Do
Authentic leadership and integrity to improve sales team efficacies, channel approach, and end customer focus. Drive sales growth in Dubai & Northern Emirates. Direct and coordinate activities to promote the sale of new products & solutions breaking into new industry segments.

Requirements
- Engineering Degree in the Instrumentation/Automation/Electronics/Chemical field
- 10-15 years of consistent track record in Sales or Business Development
- Significant experience in high-level business negotiations
- Excellent commercial experience with the ability to understand customers and the Emerson business environment
