Expert Campaign Operations

As an Expert Campaign Operations, you will join Plenitude Società Benefit, working in the Retail Sales Business Unit, responsible for ensuring the correct flow of customer records/leads to the Plenitude sales network for customer contact, respecting privacy compliance rules. You will work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and IT functions to ensure effective coordination between all areas. Main activities include process analysis, user experience analysis, and project management to put workflows into production, with a focus on new products and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering Management
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Office package, Power BI
• Good knowledge of the English language
