Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Desk-Based Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients, act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, generate and follow up on quotes, process orders, and track delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
