Role Overview
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow MESO’s presence across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. This is a field-driven, relationship-focused sales role for someone who thrives on face-to-face selling, regional travel, and building trust with customers who rely on their equipment every day.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow MESO’s customer base across the Southeast, identify and secure new business, serve as an active field presence, build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, and lead contract discussions and close service agreements.

Requirements
- Five or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet services, mobile repair, construction equipment, diesel service, or related industries
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage a multi-state sales territory
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and frontline operations teams
- Willingness to travel approximately 75 percent across NC, SC, GA, and FL
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance
