Role Overview
We’re hiring a District Sales Manager at our rental facility in Seattle, WA. to build a team, lead by example, and inspire others to perform to their highest potential. The role involves building a team, recruiting, hiring, training, and developing amazing people, as well as ensuring maximum sales performance at multiple locations.
What You Will Do
Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives, monitor sales metrics, establish reasonable and measurable goals, and manage and support job site activities and projects.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- At least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
- Outside sales history and/or sales management experience
