Role Overview

Territory Account Manager will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. They will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

What You Will Do

Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests, develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience, and assist with Equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.

Requirements

  • Tenacious and innovative
  • Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
