Role Overview
The National Sales Manager, Independent Eyecare is the first-line sales leader for Nassau OOGP Vision Group’s Independent Eyecare Professional (IECP) channel, directly managing the field sales team responsible for revenue growth across the full IECP customer base.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach, and develop a national field sales team to consistent performance against revenue, growth, and product penetration targets. Drive customer growth, retention, and product mix expansion across the full IECP stock lens and contact lens portfolio.

7+ years of sales experience in optical, vision care, or healthcare distribution, including 3+ years in a first-line sales management role. Demonstrated success leading and coaching a field sales team to revenue and growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 7+ years of sales experience in optical, vision care, or healthcare distribution
- 3+ years in a first-line sales management role
- Strong understanding of sales operations, pricing, CRM systems, and performance management
- Proven ability to interpret pipeline, margin, and territory data and drive action from it
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
