Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate the expansion strategy in the Middle East and North Africa region. The successful candidate will lead a team of salespeople and be responsible for achieving maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Lead and direct a sales team, coach team members on sales techniques, translate business plans into sales plans, and negotiate sales with existing and new customers.

Requirements
- Commercial / Marketing tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of HORECA, Healthcare, Commercial and/or Industrial segments
- Extensive knowledge of away-from-home / professional hygiene business
- Minimum of 5 years successful KAM / Sales Management experience in Professional Hygiene / B2B in a multinational
- Ability to travel to domestic and international locations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 package
- Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP)
- Excellent negotiating skills and operational decision making ability
