Senior Director Finance, GTM

Role Overview

Ethos is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our Finance & Strategy team as a Senior Director, GTM. The role will own financial strategy and performance management for our GTM business, serving as a financial thought partner to leaders across Marketing, Product, and Sales.

What You Will Do

Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business, drive efforts to better serve new customer segments, launch new insurance products, and/or partnership offerings, and apply business judgment and financial insights to drive decision making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, strategic finance, or consulting
• 6–8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles at a GTM or consumer-facing company
• Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics
• Ability to operate at both strategic and highly detailed levels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Motivated self-starter with a track record of success and a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks while hitting deadlines
• Stellar academic record with a degree in a quantitative field
• SQL knowledge preferred
• Prior experience with Corp Dev / Biz Dev preferred
