Role Overview
Eurofins PSS Insourcing has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team. The role involves hunting for new clients, diversifying offerings, and fostering partnerships with key clients. This is a hybrid role working remotely with local and regional travel.
What You Will Do
Manage the strategic sales process, identify client needs, define and present solutions, and implement new programs. Meet with high-level decision makers, including C-Suite, and manage complex sales cycles.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of consultative sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient at closing sales
- Proficient at creating and maintaining client relationships
- Experience with prospecting
- Quick learner
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
