Role Overview

The Business Development Coordinator educates key stakeholders and promotes Tabitha’s Senior Care Continuum by building strong internal and external relationships and meeting monthly referral targets across identified service lines and regions.

What You Will Do

Executes short- and long-term strategies to meet referral and performance targets across Tabitha service lines, builds and maintains relationships with key internal and external referral partners, and represents Tabitha through branding efforts.

Ideal candidate has deep experience building and maintaining relationships, practical experience managing multiple projects, and experience leading, mentoring, and/or coaching peers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Nebraska Driver’s license
  • Good driving record
  • Auto insurance at or above Nebraska statutory requirements
  • Meet Tabitha’s vaccination requirements
