Role Overview

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing Service Nation’s established partner marketing ecosystem. This role ensures partners receive structured, scalable marketing visibility while maintaining a strong member-first focus. The Partner Marketing Manager plays a critical role in improving the effectiveness, scalability, and governance of partner marketing initiatives while contributing to both partner rebate revenue goals and overall member retention.

What You Will Do

The Partner Marketing Manager owns and manages the Preferred Partner Marketing Program (PPMP), ensuring consistent execution of partner marketing for launches and highlights, coordinating marketing assets, timelines, and executions. The role balances partner promotion with Service Nation’s broader value proposition, including education, business resources, and community.

  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across email, events, webinars, and digital channels
  • Ability to evaluate campaign performance, partner engagement metrics, and member feedback to optimize marketing initiatives
  • Proven ability to work effectively with partner, sales, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and analytics teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to build scalable marketing programs that support partner engagement and member value
