Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Administrative & Inside Sales Support Coordinator who enjoys supporting client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and keeping operations running smoothly—all while contributing to meaningful work in fire and life safety.
What You Will Do
Prepare accurate quotes and invoices, collaborate with field technicians and account managers, respond to customer inquiries, manage administrative processes, and provide ongoing administrative support.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service or administrative environment
- An educational background in fire protection, construction, business administration, or a related field is considered an asset
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and client-focused
- Strong ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Certificate of Conduct
