Role Overview
Identify and target potential clients in the US and Canada for software development and IT services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels. Prepare proposals, capability decks, and service offerings for potential clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach in a software or IT company
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
- Experience targeting US and Canada markets is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or similar channels
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of software development services and lifecycle
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
